Our Learning Streams
The training programme is structured across five core streams, each hosting approximately 120 participants. These streams are designed to align with TSTT’s technological footprint and digital transformation priorities, offering exposure to real-world applications of ICT, data, customer experience, and digital service delivery. Participants will be assigned to one of the following areas based on interest and suitability


Programme Structure and Duration
The programme is scheduled to commence on 11 August 2025 and will run for a total duration of three (3) weeks. TSTT will provide a $3,000TTD stipend to each participant to support their engagement and ensure equitable access to the programme, recognising the value of their time and participation over the three-week duration. The programme will adopt a blended format that combines virtual training sessions with immersive, on-the-job experiences across designated departments. The outline is detailed below:
